Acknowledgment of Shipping Policies

At Darmon Boutique, we want every order to arrive to you safely and on time. Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided at checkout, Darmon Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local police to report stolen packages and the shipping carrier with your tracking number for assistance. Darmon Boutique does not cover refunds/replacements for delivered but stolen packages.

  1. I acknowledge and confirm that I have reviewed and ordered the correct color and quantity of the items in my order.

  2. I confirm that the shipping address and email address provided in my order are accurate.

  3. I understand that if the provided shipping address is incorrect, my order may be canceled at the discretion of Darmon Boutique.

  4. I acknowledge that I will receive an order confirmation email containing my order number and a summary of my purchase.

  5. I understand that once my order has been placed, I am not permitted to request any changes or cancellations.

  6. I acknowledge that orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 7 business days, unless otherwise communicated by Darmon Boutique. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or Holidays.

  7. I acknowledge that any issues (damaged) with the items I receive must be reported to Darmon Boutique within three calendar (3) days of receipt. To qualify for a store credit, I agree to provide a photo of the damaged item and my order number via email toΒ darmonboutique@yahoo.com. Store credits are good for 60 days from issue date.Β 

Shipping Timeframe

Confirmed orders are shipped within 3-7 business days unless otherwise communicated by Darmon Boutique. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or Holidays.

** If you desire faster shipping, please let us know, we may be able to accommodate you for an additional shipping fee.

** If you desire "Signature Required" on delivery of your order, please let us know immediately after checkout, we may be able to accommodate you for an additional shipping fee.

USPS, FedEx, UPS Shipments

Darmon Boutique is not held liable for shipments scanned and received by USPS, FedEx or UPS that show delivered and are not received, shipments that arrive late, or shipments marked undeliverable. In the event that this takes place with your order, please contact USPS, FedEx or UPS with your tracking number for assistance.
